At MDStudio, every product is made-to-order with love and care. As each item is customized, we maintain a fair and transparent return and refund process.
🔁 1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect products received
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized embroidered products (with personal photos, names, messages, etc.) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for slight variations in thread color or minor alignment differences due to handcrafting.
💸 3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
🔄 4. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. However, if the error is on our side, we will remake and resend your item free of cost.
📦 5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, MDStudio will cover the return shipping.
For eligible returns due to customer preference (if approved), return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
