All our products are made to order. Once your design is confirmed and the embroidery process has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
2. Product Preview & Approval
For custom designs, we may send a digital preview for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spellings, images, and design details carefully.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline. However, delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are customized, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of defects or errors from our side. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
5. Image & Content Usage
By sharing personal photos or custom text, you confirm that you have the rights to use them. We may use finished product images for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time. Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways before production begins.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on our website are the property of MDStudio and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
